WHAT IS MY FIRST STEP?

HOW LONG ARE THERAPY SESSIONS?

Sessions are typically 55 minutes in length. Longer sessions can be arranged. Frequency may vary from weekly to "as needed" depending upon the work we are doing.

WHAT IS YOUR RATE?

My fee is $150 for a 55-minute session. Reduced fee services are offered on a limited basis along a sliding scale and depend on availability.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED?

I accept cash, checks, credit cards and health savings cards (HSA's) via a HIPPA-Compliant secure payment system. I can supply a receipt upon request.

WHAT INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?

I am an Out-of-Network Provider for most insurance carriers. Often insurance companies will offset some or all of the cost of therapy. I can give you the information you need to check your mental health benefit coverage so that you may determine whether you will be reimbursed for our sessions. Upon request, I will provide a receipt for services or "superbill" which you can submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.

WHAT TYPE OF THERAPEUTIC SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

I provide individual sessions to adults as well as consulting and supervision services to other therapeutic professionals.
